Location: Hybrid - Central London Office / Remote
Salary: £33k - £38k (dependent on experience)

Kamma is a hybrid company, offering flexibility with a 24/7 central London office available to use. While much of this role can be done remotely, we expect team members to be in the office weekly to foster collaboration and team spirit. During onboarding, there will likely be additional in person time required to get up to speed asap. Additionally, the role will require travel to meet with customers or attend industry events as needed.
What is the role?
We are in the scale up phase of our journey, and have a prime opportunity for a proactive Customer Success Executive to join our team. This role is critical in nurturing customer relationships, driving upsell opportunities, and championing customer feedback within the business. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring that our customers unlock the full value of Kamma’s products and continuously find new ways to meet their evolving needs.

What you’ll be doing:
📈 Drive growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities by introducing relevant new features and products that enhance the customer’s value from Kamma.
🎯 Own the customer journey: Act as a trusted advisor from onboarding through to long-term success, ensuring customers leverage our products to their full potential.
🤝 Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, from senior decision-makers to operational staff, to understand their unique needs and challenges.
🌟 Be the face of Kamma: Represent our brand with a customer-first attitude and consistently deliver exceptional service that reinforces Kamma’s reputation.
🔍 Retention and risk management: Proactively address customer concerns, monitor usage patterns, and implement strategies to minimise churn.
🗣️ Champion customer insights: Act as the voice of the customer within Kamma, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer feedback drives product and service improvements.
📊 Reporting and insights: Track and report on key metrics and KPIs, providing valuable insights to the team and management.
🧠 Be curious and proactive: Establish value-focused touchpoints for our customer base that drive our customer relationship strategy, ensuring that customers receive timely, relevant insights and support to maximise their product value.

This role isn’t for you if:
📞 You’re not comfortable communicating frequently: Regular interaction with customers is a cornerstone of this role. You must be comfortable picking up the phone or visiting customers at their offices, not just emailing.
🔄 You can’t multitask: Customer needs will vary, and you’ll often be managing several priorities concurrently.
🏢 Are looking for a fully remote position: Kamma is a hybrid company that expects all team members to be able to travel to our central London office regularly for their role and periodically for company events.
